I watched an employee in a company vehicle litter his cigarette butt in the street as he turned into this business. Do better for the fragile ecosystem that you conduct business in. Embarassing that I even have to write this to scold a grown man…

Automated phone is a disaster and wait times are no doubt killing business. Incredibly frustrating. Please review the whole process. It is not service oriented.
